Messages sent to Pam...Darren and Steph, October, 2011From the first email we received from Pam we just knew she was the one we wanted to help us plan our wedding in Malcesine. Every email we send Pam replies to quickly and always goes that little bit further to help. On our recent trip out to Malcesine we couldn't have been more reassured that we had found a star in Pam. If there is something she doesn't know about planning a wedding on Lake Garda then it's not worth knowing!! Not being the most organised of couples it was such a relief to have Pam there to inspire us.We thoroughly enjoyed our engagement photo session with Francesco, who along with Pam put us both at ease and he produced some fantastic shots, everyone who has seen them agrees! We would recommend to any other couples planning a wedding on Lake Garda to take this opportunity to get out there to meet up with Pam and Francesco, it's a wonderful idea, we won't be strangers on our wedding day and it gives you the chance of a little practise run ready for the big day.Pam's knowledge of the area is amazing, she knows everyone! Our wedding is in safe hands, if only we didnt have to wait unitl September to return to this beautiful part of the world, see you soon Pam xxRachel and Clarke, October 2011We travelled out to meet Pam for a weekend and view all the wedding venues. Pam was wonderfull!!! The best that you can ask for. She goes 100% out of her way to ensure that she helps you in every aspect of the wedding plans. We had our engagement photo shoot which in turn was equally as amazing. We really can get a brilliant idea of what our wedding photos will look like. We are soooo excited. The photos were amazing. We are so sure now that the place, venues and wedding planner are exactly what we are looking for to ensure our day is very special for us and our guests. We both found the visit to Malcesine really helpful in order to get a real sense of how our wedding will be next year. It was great fun to be able to visit the castle and be shown around so that we know where everything is and to see the amazing views over the lake. The Al Cosarno restaurant that you have recommended for our evening meal is perfect. The meal that we had there the other night was delicious and the setting on the lake front is very wonderful. You really have captured everything that we want for our wedding day. Thank you for being so patient with us as I know that sometimes we can both be indecisive! We were both quite hesitant about the engagement photo session however after a few shots we really started to enjoy it and it means that we are now both totally relaxed about the photos that will be taken on our wedding day. Since we have returned to England we have looked at the engagement photos everyday and they make us smile as we had such a laugh with both Francesco and yourself on that day!We are so looking forward to our wedding day next year and I think I will be the most relaxed bride ever as I know that you will have everything single detail in control. The castle at Drena is a spectacular backdrop and made us feel just like the famous couple the castle employees mistook us for! Well done!!Garry and Michelle, August 2011 It's difficult to put into words just how amazing Pam made our wedding day. From our initial meeting with her one year ago she helped with every aspect of organising our day at Malcesine Castle to make it perfect.Our wedding day was perfect from start to finish...the day was so smooth and that was all down to Pam. We had 74 guests and all of them were in the right place at the right time...a number of our guests nicknamed Pam,"Super Pam" and one of them even offered to make her a cape!Francesco, the photographer, was superb as well. His photos are so creative and we all had so much fun when he was taking them...he worked equally as hard as Pam and has somehow managed to capture every second of our day without imposing on our day....When we first arrived in Italy, we met Pam and everything was already in place, the florist & hairdressers were well briefed...all Michelle had to do was turn up on the day. The food at the Al Corsaro was simply stunning and the early evening boat trip was a wonderful idea and great way to relax before the evening party at the swanky Bar Numerotto...It was a magical day and it would not have been possible without Pam & Francesco.We would highly recommend both Pam and Francesco to anyone planning on getting married in Lake Garda. Pam offers a truly professional and personal service, taking care of every little detail. Every email we sent to her was replied to swiftly with the information we needed. It was perfect! Pam is a fantastic wedding planner - she is kind, thoughtful, super organised and fun. We met Pam in November 2010 and we instantly trusted her and felt at ease. She has very good relationships with venues and suppliers so was able to put into place all our special requests. We have emailed her so many times and she has always replied quickly so not to leave us worrying. She also always has a plan b so you know that whatever happens everything will be ok! Our wedding day was beautiful and due to Pam's amazing wedding planning skills everything went perfectly and smoothly. The location was fantastic, food delicious and people kind and polite. The photographer, Francesco is also brilliant. He is so creative and makes you feel confident and special. The level of service and attention to detail we received was impeccable, she worked tirelessly to ensure that myself and my now husband :-) had the most perfect day. Whilst planning the wedding she gave sound advice and offered opinions based on her expert knowledge and understanding of our vision. Pam answered emails and questions quickly and always knew what to say to help alleviate any concerns or potential bridezilla moments! When visiting suppliers a few days before the wedding it was clear to see how well respected she is by all those involved in the wedding from florist to taxi driver! We were particularly impressed to see what a great working relationship Pam had with the hotel and staff.On the day of our wedding Pam and Francesco felt more like guests than planner and photographer. They worked so hard to ensure the day ran smoothly and seemed to have solutions to all eventualities. Our guests absolutely adored both Pam and Francesco and could not believe how well they worked as a team and how fantastically they organised the day. The photographs that Francesco produced were exceptional and really captured the fun and emotions of the day without being at all intrusive, we just cant stop looking at them. We are so looking forward to compiling a wedding album we know it will be breath taking! Sarah & Paul June 2011 Gardone Riveria We just wanted to say a huge Thank You to you for organising our wedding and Francesco for taking the most amazing photos. We first heard of Pam last May when I visited a wedding dress shop in Tring and the assistant told me about her Auntie who organised weddings in Italy. We were going out to Italy last September to meet with another wedding planner and so we arranged to meet Pam as well. Lets just say from the meeting in September we were so glad we chose Pam. Pam arranged for us to have our engagement photos taken with Francesco on the day we met up with her. Francesco made us feel very relaxed which was great as Paul doesnt like having his photo taken! He also knew what we both wanted from our wedding photos too. Pam always kept in contact via email and always replied to any queries we had very promptly. She also went the extra mile for us when she visited us at Christmas to collect our certificates. We went out to Italy the week before the wedding and Pam arranged to meet up with us a couple of days before just to run through the day. She also took me to the hair dressers for my hair trial. Our wedding day went very smoothly and without any problems. The day was incredibly special and is something we will remember for the rest of our lives. Everything from the flowers to the ceremony to the meal in the hotel was perfect, we couldnt have asked for anymore. Our guests loved it too and are still talking about it now. Our day wouldn't have been as amazing as it was without Pam's help & thanks to Francesco we have stunning memories of our big day! From the start when I was emailing Pam, right through to the end of our holiday in Malcesine Pam was fantastic. When she came to drop off our dvd a few days before we left it was like saying bye to a close friend. Pam arranged our engagement shoot which meant we got to meet Francesco before the big day & discuss the types of photos we like & practice having our pic taken. Pam & Francesco instantly put us at ease & that meant that Francesco was able to capture some great pics & 'natural' photos which we love. As Francesco has given us ALL the photo's of the wedding day it means we have lots of choice for the album & for printing. Everyone said what a great job Pam did organising the boat ride too & what a stunning location Lake Garda is, especially for a wedding. I can't recommend Pam enough & if you're thinking of getting married in Lake Garda then you MUST contact Pam & let her organise your big day. I know without any doubt that Pam will go out of her way to make sure your day is extra special and Francesco will make sure you have stunning pictures too. We managed to organise so much for our wedding day next year and still had a fantastic holiday! It is a great comfort to know that many of the decisions have already been made and, most importantly, they were made without fuss or stress in the breath-taking and relaxing surrounds of Malcesine! One of the highlights of the trip for us was meeting the wonderful Pam who, from the moment we met, made us feel relaxed and truly listened to. Then onto a boat trip around the lake and past the waterfall and castle, again thoroughly enjoyed by all, such a treat. The final destination was at Al Corsaro the food was amazing and Pam was in attendance all the way. Francesco the photographer was truly fantastic and stayed until we arrived at the Al Corsaro. I will never forget the day and never forget Pam for the wonderful time she gave the bride and groom and all the guests. Pam is arranging our wedding in August 2011 and we have discovered that nothing is too much trouble and everything is checked, double checked and then checked again just to make sure.We have just returned from meeting Pam at Easter when we ran through everything and had our engagement photos taken. We knew Pam would be friendly, helpful, organised and have everything in hand from all the emails we have exchanged but she far exceeded our expectations. Minor things were high on the agenda such as taking Mags to meet the florist, meeting the lady at the hotel who would help Mags in to her wedding dress and detailing a plan for communication on the day. We arrived in Lake Garda four days before the wedding having never been there before. We met with Pam who talked and walked us (literally!) through the schedule and photography for the big day and took us to choose our flowers. The only thing we couldn't control was the rain, but even that didn't dampen our day as Pam swiftly changed the entire wedding venue within 2hrs from the outdoor roof terrace to the beautiful indoor Castle room, ensuring we had a memorable day. Pam's grasp of the Italian language is impeccable, which was great and so helpful as we spoke none! All our guests rave about the occassion till this day, all of which wouldn't have been possible without Pam's dedication and commitment to our special day! We got married in Malcesine Castle 3/9/08...When we met them 1)they were lovely, and I mean reeeally lovely. 2) They more than exceeded our expectations and had even the smallest thing we'd e-mailed about all sorted out and noted down perfectly so no need to worry 3) They seemed genuinely excited and interested in our big day...They picked up on any small issues instantly that even we hadn't noticed and solved them before we even had time to think about what to do.
